With a background combining a career including consulting titans such as Deloitte and McKinsey, Pandey brings over a decade of experience as a growth marketing and revenue specialist to the MYSTiC Games team. As a founder himself, Pandey negotiated and managed the successful exit of his own startup, 4 LOUNGE, which was sold to a prominent events management company for over $50M less than three years after it was founded. Pandey is also an experienced early stage investor in numerous startups all over Europe and Asia, with several acquisitions under his belt.
