WINSTON-SALEM, JANUARY 30, 2025 - The Wholesome Games publishing label, Wholesome Games Presents, and developer Poti Poti Studios have just announced Is This Seat Taken?, a hilarious logic puzzler coming to Steam (Windows, MacOS, Linux), Google Play, and the App Store.
All about finding yourself and fitting in, Is This Seat Taken? is a heartfelt puzzle adventure that will have you wondering, “Does this person really smell that bad?” Players can find their perfect seats in an upcoming public Steam demo available February 10.
About Is This Seat Taken?
When aspiring actor Nat finally sees a shape like them on the big screen, a globetrotting adventure of self-discovery kicks off. Whether it’s a crowded movie theater, a wedding reception, or even a cramped taxi cab, you’ll need to find the perfect spot to seat people with clashing quirks before advancing to the next level. Be careful not to seat someone blasting their music next to a sleepy passenger because they won’t be too happy. This cozy puzzler is full of charm, humor, and a whole lot of heart.

Sergi Pérez Crespo (Art, Game Design) and Ausiàs Dalmau Roig (Programming, Game Design), the duo behind Poti Poti Studio, previously contributed to popular titles like You Suck At Parking and Scrabble Go. In June 2024, after Ausiàs was laid off, the two decided it was time to take a leap of faith and pursue indie game development. Sergi soon quit his job, and together they began working full-time on Is This Seat Taken?—a project born from their shared passion for relaxing 2D puzzle games.
