Cult favourite multiplayer FPS Krunker launches Season 5 update

Game development platform Krunker Editor also receives huge content drop

12 OCT 2021 - Developer Yendis Entertainment has announced the launch of Season 5 - a huge update for Krunker, its popular online first person shooter, and Krunker Editor, its game development platform. 

Krunker is a stylish free-to-play FPS game, which can be played either in-browser anywhere, via the Steam platform, or on iOS and Android. With a heavy focus on modding and map creation, what really makes Krunker shine is its talented community of creators.

With the launch of Season 5, Yendis are adding more than 1000 new assets and items to the game, which can be implemented by the community in the creation of maps and new game modes.

In addition to the huge content update, Krunker now also issues daily challenges to players, which can be completed in exchange for KR, an in-game currency that can be used to purchase items in game, such as weapon skins.

The launch of Season 5 also adds a mountain of content and assets for use in Krunker Editor, a game development engine that lets players develop games and earn money from their creations. Yendis Entertainment recently announced the addition of a scripting language to the platform, which means developers can now truly create any kind of game to be played within Krunker. 

Finally, to celebrate the launch of Season 5, Yendis Entertainment has updated its iOS and Android versions of Krunker with a whole host of quality of life improvements. 

Krunker's Season 5 update is out now. Players can experience the new update in-browser at Krunker.io, on PC and Mac via Steam, or on mobile via Apple's App Store and the Google Play Store.

Players can learn to develop games and earn money from their creations on Krunker Editor.
