Duesseldorf/Germany, June 25, 2025 – For Pride Month 2025, German publisher and developer astragon Entertainment is taking visible action for queer diversity within the gaming community. Under the motto “Stronger Together: Now More Than Ever”, a new campaign launches today featuring five queer content creators: CtrlAltQuin, GoldKarat, halfmoonjoe, Lalena, and Nikatine.
At the heart of the campaign is a collaborative artwork that brings together the personal symbols of each participating creator, representing their unique connection between Pride and gaming. Accompanying statements highlight the importance of the digital queer safe spaces these streamers have created for themselves and their communities. The campaign will be shared on astragon Entertainment’s LinkedIn and Instagram channels, as well as on the astragon website, showcasing the symbols and personal stories of the five creators.
In addition, astragon is supporting the international organization GLAAD with a donation. GLAAD advocates for fair and accurate representation of LGBTQIA+ people and issues in entertainment media and journalism.
Through this initiative, astragon Entertainment reaffirms its strong commitment to diversity, solidarity, and social responsibility, both within the industry and beyond.
astragon’s engagement extends beyond Pride Month: Just this past May, the company invited young people from the queer Düsseldorf youth center PULS* to the second PULS* Career Evening. The event aimed to give the young people of the centre a comprehensive look into the diverse career paths within the games industry.
