VCT 마스터스: 방콕에서 열리는 최종 결승에서 라이엇 게임즈와 발로란트가 프리즘처럼 빛나는 태국 출신 요원 웨이레이를 공개했다. 웨이레이는 빛으로 변신해 전장을 누비며 빛의 파편으로 적을 공격한 후 눈 깜짝할 사이에 다시 안전한 곳으로 돌아간다. 웨이레이의 스킬은 다음과 같다.
굴절
즉시 바닥에 빛의 신호기를 생성한다. 다시 활성화하면 순수한 빛의 입자가 되어 신호기로 돌아간다. 이동 중에는 무적 상태가 된다.
광속
장착하면 속도를 올릴 준비를 한다. 발사하면 앞으로 두 번 돌진한다. 보조 공격 시 한 번 돌진한다. 첫 돌진으로만 공중으로 뜰 수 있다.
포화
지면에 닿으면 폭발하는 빛의 덩어리를 즉시 던져 이동 속도와 무기를 둔화하는 강력한 효과로 주변 플레이어를 방해한다.
초점 교차
장착하면 프리즘의 힘을 집중한다. 발사하면 빛줄기를 비추는 자신의 잔상을 만든다. 잠시 후 강력한 속도 상승 효과를 얻고 광선이 넓어져 해당 지역의 다른 플레이어를 방해한다.
이번 액트와 함께 신규 컬렉션인 사이랙스도 출시된다. 별빛으로 벼려져 생명의 힘을 얻은 수정 사이랙스에는 밴달, 고스트, 가디언, 스팅어 그리고 팬블레이드 근접 무기 스킨이 포함된다. 이번 액트의 신규 배틀패스에는 전략가 곰 플렉스, 바이트시프트 고스트, 나무늘보 전술 총기 장식, 둠 윙 팬텀 그리고 무자비한 카드 등이 제공된다.
2025 시즌 // 액트 II는 2025년 3월 5일에 시작되며 사이랙스 컬렉션은 3월 6일부터 구매할 수 있다.
