Frostrail, the first-person, open-world crafting survival game from publisher Shiro Unlimited and developer FakeFish, has steamed its way onto more than 100k wishlists four days after its reveal at the Triple-i Initiative showcase, broadcasted on April 10.
Endure a perilous train trip through a desolate, post-apocalyptic world locked in perpetual winter. Rely on the strength of a powerful locomotive and the courage of allies to press forward in a hostile world of arctic temperatures and undead abominations known as Revenants.Venture forth from the safety of the train to scavenge vital resources in underground vaults and crumbling ruins. But be careful not to wander too far, as the ice and ravenous beasts will be sure to consume anyone or anything foolish enough to be caught outside for too long.
Make it back to safety and craft looted resources into weapon upgrades, new gear, and improved defenses for the train. Join forces with other survivors in online co-op for better chances of survival in this strange and hostile world.
Frostrail will launch on Steam Early Access for Windows PC in 2026 with English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, and Simplified Chinese language support.
